A closer look at 40s fashion details
This is from the same photoshoot of 40s fashion, but instead of taking only pictures of the models, I decided to take some details: pictures of their hands, their props and vehicles. It turned out really cool, because it’s always awesome to see some details in a photo. I had some friends helping me out with these shots with auxiliary lighting. I used speed lights and modifiers to soften the object. For editing I used Photoshop to create some visualisation. I’ve worked on many different layers to differentiate some elements on the photo from each other. I’ve also used “color picking” tool in Photoshop to get that color of the era flowing. The secret is always in details and that’s what makes these pictures special! In the next two pictures I tried to show that 40s fashion look by making everything black and white and leaving the hat in color. The details here really makes it awesome.
